Day wise itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival and Baku City Tour

• Arrival in Baku.
• Transfer to the hotel.
• Free Time.
• Visit to Martyrs¡¦ Lane (Shehidler Khiyabany), a touching memorial to Azerbaijanis who have perished in fighting, it also provides a beautiful view of the Caspian Sea coastline and Flame Towers.
• Visit to Carpet museum.The Azerbaijan Carpet Museum was established in 1967. It was the first specialised museum of carpets in the world. Its first exhibition was opened in 1972 in the Djuma-Mosque located in the ancient Baku Town ¡§Icherishahar¡¨. The Museum is a treasury of Azerbaijani national culture. It demonstrated carpets in close connection with other kinds of traditional handicrafts of Azerbaijan. Its collection includes about 14 000 traditional carpets, embroideries, costumes, copper artworks, jewellery art, as well as contemporary works of glass, wood, and felt.
• Walking at National Seaside Park and Little Venice
• Visiting and survey of monumental, historical and architectural monuments of the city, including: Survey of a medieval part of city ¡§Icheri Sheher¡¨ (Inner City)
• Visiting Maiden tower
• Visiting Nizami street-the central street of Baku city

Day 2 –  Gabala Tour

• Breakfast the hotel
• Departure to Gabala- Gabala is located on the territory of the Shaki-Zakatala zone, almost on the border of Dagestan and Georgia. In the vicinity of modern Gabala are the ruins of an ancient city, which is about 2000 years old
• On the way, you will have a stop in Shamakhi Juma Mosque that is built-in 743 which is the most ancient known mosque in the Caucasus region.
• Visit Nohur Lake – a very beautiful lake. You can try horse riding and boat trip.
• Visit Yeddi Gozel Waterfall – One of the most beautiful waterfalls of Azerbaijan
• Visit Tufandagh Winter & Summer Resort – In the resort, You can try skiing, the cable car that takes you from down to the top of the mountain to see the spectacular beauty of the mountain and city of this region.

Day 3- Gobustan Tour

• Departure to Gobustan
• Visit the Petroglyphs museum in Gobustan (53 km from Bibiheibat Mosque 35 minutes) , the museum’s permanent exhibition includes 12 rooms which displays and highlights the significance of the history of Gobustan Petroglyphs . (Lunch time).After museum proceed to Gobustan National Park (5 km from Petroglyph museum) officially Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape, is a hill and mountain site occupying the southeast end of the Greater Caucasus mountain ridge in Azerbaijan, mainly in the basin of Jeyrankechmaz River, between the rivers Pirsagat and Sumgait. Gobustan is very rich in archaeological monuments. The reserve has more than 6,000 rock engravings dating back between 5,000–40,000 years.
• Visit to Gobustan Mud Volcanoes -Over a thousand mud volcanoes are known to exist in the world, and some 400 of those are in the coastal area of Azerbaijan.While mud volcanoes never grow to the size of a normal volcano, topping out at around 10 km in diameter and 700 meters in height, they do occasionally get the chance to show off, as happened in 2001.Every 20 years or so, one of these mud/gas volcanoes will ignite deep below the surface and create a massive explosion.

Day 4 – Atashgah&Yanardag Tour and Shopping

• Breakfast the hotel
• Departure to Ateshgah
• The first stop of the tour is one of the most visited historical sights of Baku – Atashgah, also called the Temple of Fire. This sanctuary of eternal fire was built in the 17th century on the site of the oldest temple of the Zoroastrians. For two centuries it was a place of pilgrimage for Hindus, Sikhs and other representatives of exotic Eastern cults. Ancient exhibits, located in the cells of Hindu and Zoroastrian hermits, will tell you how these ancient world religions were practiced.
• The next stop of the tour will be Yanardag – Burning Mountain. The eternal natural fire, flashing from the depths of the mountain over millions of years, is a unique natural phenomenon. The fiery line surrounding the foot of the summit will give the impression of a country of lights and leave unforgettable memories of the tour.
• Visit to Haydar Aliyev Center. The modern amazing structure which includes some several museums. Construction of the Center’s facility was launched in 2007 and completed on May 10, 2012, to celebrate the National Leader’s 89th anniversary.
• Recognized as one of the world’s masterpieces in architecture, the Heydar Aliyev Center has immediately grown into a signature architectural landmark of modern Baku. Zaha Hadid, the author of the building’s design, is a worldwide recognized architect and the winner of the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize
